We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead our finance team in Hamilton, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure financial stability.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
