Job Description:

As an ER Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting our HR and Employee Relations functions, with a focus on empowering and advising line managers. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong knowledge of employment law and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing ER strategies that promote a culture of respect and inclusivity
  • Providing expert advice to line managers on employee relations matters
  • Collaborating with HR teams to design and deliver training programs
