Membership Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive membership growth, engagement, and proposition development as our Director of Membership & Professional Services.
This strategic position focuses on developing and implementing plans to enhance membership offerings, expand professional services delivery, and manage budgets for B2C Membership and B2B Accreditation initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to boost membership growth and engagement.
- Oversee the delivery of professional services with a focus on excellence and innovation.
- Manage budgets for membership and accreditation activities.
- Lead on professional registration and collaborate with Councils and Committees.
- Establish and strengthen corporate partnerships.
- Drive the development of new membership products and career development services.
We provide a dynamic work environment that supports the growth and development of our staff. The role is based in our London office, with a minimum of two days' presence per week. A competitive salary of £75K - £80K per annum and benefits package will be offered to attract top talent.
