Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, including posting job adverts, shortlisting, and arranging interviews.
  • Lead the induction process for new employees, ensuring they understand HR policies and procedures.
  • Support payroll delivery and address payroll queries.
  • Act as a HR Advisor to line managers on investigations for disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Participate in the digitization project of the new HR System.
  • Assist in revising and implementing HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Complete Access NI Checks for new employees.
  • Support HR Projects, such as introducing new menopause policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of human resources experience.
  • CIPD Level 5 or Human Resources Degree.
  • Skilled in recruitment, payroll, and utilizing HR Systems.
  • Experience in assisting with employee relations cases, leading inductions, and completing absence management review meetings.
  • Desirable to have experience completing Access NI Checks and working in unionized environments.
