**Human Resources Administration Assistant is required to join an independent back off support centre for a Global Trading company supporting multiple business divisions across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region from their office in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex.**

The role is an exciting opportunity to join a local fast-growing company with nearly 80 employees.

**KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint etc
- Managing own personal workload, completing requests within 24hrs of receipt, achieving and maintaining an accuracy level of no less than 95%
- Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Approaching tasks in a positive and considerate manner
- Using initiative where appropriate
- Role is transactional and focused on the day-to-day delivery of tasks.
- Supervising workload of small team
- Previous HR experience (Level 3 Foundation) preferred but not essential.

**LOCATION**

The role is commutable from Wickford, Basildon, Southend on Sea, Chelmsford and surrounding areas by bus, train or car

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
