At Tulip Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to provide administrative support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing people-related transactional administration, responding to enquiries, and providing support to the wider People team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within SharePoint.
  • Provide administrative support to the People and Payroll teams, including tasks such as Right to Work renewals, DBS renewals, probations, and contract changes.
  • Be the first point of contact for all low-level general enquiries and provide timely and effective responses.
  • Collaborate with the People and Payroll teams to ensure a seamless experience for all new and existing leaders and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • HR or CIPD qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience in an HR or similar customer-facing role is essential.
  • Understanding of GDPR requirements is essential.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate positively on the telephone and via video calls.
  • Able to manage own varying workloads effectively and proactively organise work and tasks.
  • Good level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
