HR Manager Job Description

VanRath is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for bridging management and employee relations, addressing demands and grievances, and managing disciplinary matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures
  • Nurturing a positive working environment
  • Overseeing, reviewing, managing, and implementing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Implementing a structured pay plan and benefits program
  • Assessing training needs and applying and monitoring training programs
  • Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Delivering HR training modules with key managers
  • Delivering a comprehensive HR induction program for all new employees
  • Working with the Senior management team to create internal employee work groups and creating a regular structured reporting/meeting structure

Requirements:

  • Degree in HRM or related subject and/or CIPD qualification
  • Experience in a Senior Advisory or Management level role, with a desire and willingness to develop your experience further in post
