The Senior HR Manager will drive the strategic and operational HR agenda, providing leadership and expertise in all HR matters. This role is key in driving organisational effectiveness, talent management, and change within the company.

Our client is a prominent professional services firm with over 500 employees. As a market leader, this company is dedicated to providing high-quality service and is recognised for its commitment to employee development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the HR strategy to drive organisational effectiveness and talent management.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Provide expert advice to the management team on all HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effectiveness in HR operations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to drive employee engagement and promote a positive company culture.

Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in strategic M&A activity.
  • A proven track record in strategic HR management within the professional services sector.
  • Happy to be on site 5 days a week with flexible hours.
  • Extensive knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
