Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment processes, and updating job requirements as needed. They will also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training, maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements. Additionally, they will report to the HR Manager regarding daily tasks and HR goals, organize and update company personnel records and documentation, and manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, and vacation days.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a CIPD qualification, is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position. They should possess strong knowledge of human resources processes and best practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle data with confidentiality and strong organizational and time management skills are also necessary.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is approximately £32,000, plus a 5% bonus.
