Job Title: IT Senior Service Desk Administrator

A leading provider of insurance-based wealth solutions and employee benefits is seeking an IT Senior Service Desk Administrator to join their team in Guernsey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT technical support for industry-standard hardware and software through their lifecycles.
  • Deliver IT and related assistance, including mentoring and training junior team members.
  • Process identity and access management requests, and provide IT project support as required.
  • Perform routine inspections and upkeep of existing installations, adhering to internal standards (ITSM, ISO27001, GDPR & Change Management).
  • Deliver IT administration and documentation, including asset registration, application processes, and procedures.
  • Support IT operations on-call rota and occasional weekend work, and carry out facilities tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years' technical experience supporting Microsoft OS's and Applications, including MS Office, Enterprise Applications, SCCM, and endpoint security systems.
  • Minimum of three years' experience providing IT support to business users.
  • Excellent communication, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Delivery and quality-focused, with a willingness to work in a flexible and dynamic team environment.
