A leading provider of insurance-based wealth solutions and employee benefits is seeking an IT Service Desk Administrator to join their team in Guernsey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site and remote account support to resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Manage support tickets and ensure support requests are logged and tracked via the Support Desk application.
  • Diagnose and isolate problems, implementing solutions meticulously.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and support the wider IT Help Desk team as required.
  • Liaise with technical teams, business users, third-party vendors, and consultants.
  • Provide computer systems, network applications, training, and development, as well as risk and audit support.
Requirements:
  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Level 3 IT & Computing (or equivalent)
  • Relevant professional qualification, e.g., ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate (or equivalent)
  • One or two years' IT support experience
  • Understanding of Microsoft OS's and Applications, including Windows & SCCM
  • Awareness of/exposure to Citrix, O365, Azure, Mitel, Active Directory, Service Desk Ticketing Platforms, and IT processes and systems
