- Liaise with technical teams, business users, third-party vendors, and consultants.
- Provide computer systems, network applications, training, and development, as well as risk and audit support.
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Level 3 IT & Computing (or equivalent)
- Relevant professional qualification, e.g., ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate (or equivalent)
- One or two years' IT support experience
- Understanding of Microsoft OS's and Applications, including Windows & SCCM
- Awareness of/exposure to Citrix, O365, Azure, Mitel, Active Directory, Service Desk Ticketing Platforms, and IT processes and systems
