About this role: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Administrator, Client Services to join our Governance Services team in our Jersey office.

Key responsibilities:

  • High-quality administration of a portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients.
  • Client acceptance and on-boarding process, ongoing administration, including company secretarial and trustee responsibilities of client entities.
  • Professional development opportunities in a supportive and progressive environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background and relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA.
  • Initiative, proactivity, accuracy, and well-organisation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work as part of a team.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 package and specialist software such as Worksite and Viewpoint.
