Job Title: Client Administrator for Family Office

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Administrator to join our Family Office division. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to a small client portfolio with low levels of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer administrative support to clients
  • Manage client relationships
  • Work towards a professional Table 5 qualification (ICSA or equivalent)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Positive, driven, and energetic attitude
  • Local residential qualification or 5 years' continuous residency in Jersey
