Job Title: Family Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Office Administrator to join our team at AP Group Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and relationship management to a small client portfolio with low levels of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer administrative support to the family office division
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with transactional tasks and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Working towards a professional Table 5 qualification (ICSA or equivalent)
  • Positive, driven, and energetic individual
