Job Title: Client Service Coordinator, Family Office
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Coordinator to join our Family Office team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and relationship management to a small client portfolio with low levels of transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service and support to a small client portfolio
- Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Process and manage client transactions and paperwork
- Assist with the preparation of client reports and other documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Working towards a professional Table 5 qualification (ICSA or equivalent)
- Positive, driven, and energetic individual with excellent communication skills
