A leading company in Cranleigh is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for daily processing of project and overhead purchase invoices, monitoring the accounts inbox, and liaising with procurement for goods received and supplier onboarding.
The ideal candidate will have relevant Accounts Payable experience, a strong understanding of MS Excel, and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of project and overhead purchase invoices
- Monitoring the accounts inbox and providing customer service
- Liaising with procurement for goods received and supplier onboarding
- Post check and processing of monthly company credit card expenses
- Ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
