As a Deputy Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and daily running of the home, ensuring a safe, positive, and happy environment for all residents. You will work closely with staff, residents, families, and external partners to build lasting relationships and create a supportive community.

The role requires extensive knowledge and supervisory experience from working in Adult Social Care. You must have a professional approach, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and patience are key characteristics of a successful Deputy Site Manager.

Salary: £30,225 per annum (pro rata)
