About the Business Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administrator to join our team at Extension Recruitment. As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for undertaking administrative duties to support departments within the business, including planning, purchasing, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate customer documentation in line with specified requirements.
  • Submit purchase orders and process invoices.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and preparation of financial reports.
  • Complete general administrative duties, including scanning documentation.
  • Assist with visitors, including management of meeting agendas, timetables, and provision of refreshments.

About You:

The successful Business Administrator will have experience in a similar role, with the ability to complete high-volume administrative duties, including scanning, filing, and maintaining files.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
