Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Support Officer to join our team at the NHS Business Services Authority. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide critical support to our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage general duties, filing, photocopying, and monitoring emails
  • Be responsible for accurate updates, recordings, deletions, and monitoring of all relevant information
  • Book travel and accommodation
  • Initiate initial actions on all relevant forms, documentation, records, and spreadsheets

  • GCSE Grade C or above Maths and English (or equivalent)

  • NVQ level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent
