Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Partner. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading organization and contribute to the development and implementation of their HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive the people agenda and support the development and implementation of longer-term HR projects
  • Provide generalist HR expertise and advice to the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Work collaboratively with other HR colleagues to deliver an exceptional service and support the organization's business objectives
  • Develop and implement HR policies and processes to ensure fairness and consistency across the business
  • Support the Group People Director in delivering the HR strategy and enabling the successful delivery of the business strategy and objectives
Requirements
  • Excellent generalist HR skillset, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Ability to balance a reactive workload with medium-to-long term projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and other stakeholders
