Job Summary:
Adjacency Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Partner to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a key member of our HR function, you will be the first point of contact for all generalist HR expertise and advice across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to drive the people agenda and support the development and implementation of longer-term HR projects.
- Work with the Group People Director to deliver the HR strategy that will enable the successful delivery of our client's business strategy and objectives.
- Provide coaching and advice to line managers on all people-related issues.
- Help embed organizational culture change programs, taking account of local requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Champion diversity and lead on wellbeing initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are applied fairly and consistently across the business.
- Support with recruitment, from initial approval through to onboarding.
- Work collaboratively with other HR colleagues, such as L&D, to deliver an exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Able to balance a reactive workload with medium-to-long-term projects.
- An excellent generalist HR skillset.
- Data-driven with a passion for continuous improvement.
