Job Description

**About the Role**

Adjacency Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive the people agenda and support the development and implementation of longer-term HR projects.
  • Provide coaching and advice to line managers on all people-related issues.
  • Work with the Group People Director to foster a culture that supports employee engagement and retention.
  • Help embed organisational culture change programmes, taking account of local requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Champion diversity and be the lead on Wellbeing initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are applied fairly and consistently across the business.
  • Support with recruitment, from initial approval through to onboarding.
  • Work collaboratively with other HR colleagues, such as L&D, to deliver an exceptional service.

  • Able to balance a reactive workload with medium-to-long term projects.
  • An excellent generalist HR skillset.
  • Data driven with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
