About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Claranet Limited. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our leaders and employees in relation to HR queries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR Support: Supply prompt and effective support for leaders and employees in relation to HR queries and issues.
  • Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR & People team and stakeholders across the company.
  • Manage Probationary Periods: Supporting leaders with the successful management of probationary periods, flexible working requests and maternity and sickness processes.
  • Policy Management: Be responsible for the management of company policies and related documentation ensuring all are updated in line with current employment legislation.
  • People Metrics: Be responsible for the producing monthly People MI data and metrics.
  • Employee Engagement: Successful management of the bi-annual employee engagement survey and results analysis.
  • Project Support: Ensure the end-to-end delivery of tasks and project work to support Head of UK HR & Operations and the HR Business Partners is to the highest standards and within deadlines.
  • HRIS Administration: HRIS database administration ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Continuous Improvement: Have a continuous improvement mindset and provide proactive recommendations and suggestions to the People and HR team.

  • Behavioural Competencies: Flexible and creative to take considered risks, learn and adapt quickly to changing situations, self-motivated and able to work under pressure, manages conflict and challenges in an open and constructive manner, demonstrates role model behaviours, passionate and agile deliverer.
  • Critical Competencies: Ability to build relationships and influence, professional and commercial approach to HR, good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, at all levels throughout the organisation, ability to travel when required.
