The HR Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the HR Team at Claranet, a leading technology solutions partner. As a key member of the team, you will provide a full spectrum of administrative support in day-to-day HR, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data in all systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data in all systems
- Supply prompt and effective support for employee and HR queries and issues
- Ensure that the UK payroll is managed efficiently and effectively
- Maintain HRIS database administration and reporting ensuring accuracy at all times
- Keep up to date with all relevant HR updates, training, and best practices
- Ensure the end-to-end delivery of tasks and project work to the highest standards and within deadline
- Engage directly with managers and employees to support the business
Requirements:
- Experience in the use of HR software and system admin expertise
- Experience in managing large data requests in HR or payroll
- Previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills with effective planning and time management skills
- CIPD qualification (Level 3) is desirable
