Job Title: HR / Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR / Payroll Administrator to join our team at Novax Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all payroll actions accurately and in line with our deadlines, including employee lifecycle transactions such as acting up's, honorarium, grade and hour changes.
  • Support the leaver process through our HR system.
  • Input all payroll actions onto our HR/Payroll system (Resourcelink).
  • Issue contracts for all new starters using our computerized Recruitment system.
  • Support the delivery of specialist processes and procedures to ensure customers receive an effective and functioning service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role for a local authority is desirable.
  • NVQ 2 Level 2 qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or Customer Services, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of HR and/or recruitment administration, processes and procedures gained in a similar organisation and understanding of the interface required between HR and payroll functions.
  • Payroll experience is desirable.
