At Talent Finder Jobs, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to lead our Business Support team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our administrative services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Business Support team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide HR administration, including recruitment, staff inductions, and DBS checks.
  • Be the system administrator for our Charms database and provide IT and communication systems support.
  • Manage administrative support for governance meetings, liaising with senior leadership and Trustees.
  • Maintain high standards in office management and business support functions.
  • Deliver excellent front-of-house services, ensuring professional customer interactions.
  • Oversee meeting coordination, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of administration experience, ideally in a busy office environment.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic communication tools.
  • Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
