Business Development Executive

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving new business growth. After initial prospecting and appointment setting by the lead generation team, you will take over at the scheduled meeting stage, leading client engagement from this point onwards. You'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to close sales and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with new prospects daily to discuss potential business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers and maximize sales potential
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least three years of experience in a phone-based sales role
- Strong B2B sales experience and a proven track record in consultative, solution-oriented sales
- A hunger to exceed targets and a proactive approach to problem-solving
