Role Overview

The successful New Business Sales team at PIB Insurance Brokers Careers is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join their Gloucester office. This role involves building relationships with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
  • Liaising with customers to understand their insurance needs and providing suitable quotations
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practice


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous use of Acturis is beneficial
