Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Executive to join our team at PIB Insurance Brokers. As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with the underwriting team to ensure accurate and timely quotes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to improve our services and products
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the insurance industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills
