We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Gloucester. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the current client base.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
