About the Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to assist us in Gloucester. In this role, you will provide administrative support to managers, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and procedures are effectively implemented.

You will act as a main point of contact for the service area, responding to enquiries and information requests in a timely and professional manner. Your duties will also include collating and maintaining records, analysing information to produce accurate statements and retrieving data from computerised systems.

As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for researching information within your area of service specialism, collating evidence for reports and drafting document sections. You will also interact with customers, colleagues and partners to build strong working relationships and communicate important information to ensure it is relayed accurately and promptly.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 grade Cs at GCSE (or equivalent qualification) including English and Maths, or have equivalent relevant experience. You will also require experience of working in an environment related to the service area or within a similar role.

Please note that immediate availability and the right to work in the UK are essential requirements.

The salary for this role is estimated to be £12.30 - £15.22 per hour, based on the location and industry standards.
