We are seeking an Organised Individual to join our team as an Operations Support Coordinator in Quedgeley. This role involves coordinating work schedules, managing customer appointments, handling incoming calls and emails with prompt and accurate responses, ordering parts and supplies as requested by engineering teams, and supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks.

Requirements:
  • Previous office-based administrative experience is essential for this role.
  • The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are required.
  • Previous scheduling experience would be beneficial.
