We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at IMT Resourcing Solutions in Gloucester. This part-time role promises a fulfilling experience, allowing you to leverage your recruitment expertise while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing candidate databases, and administrative duties across finance and operations. They will engage with candidates and clients, ensuring seamless agency workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficient recruitment processes.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and operational duties.
- Coordinate schedules, track performance data, and generate reports.
- Maintain supplier relationships and compliance documentation.
- Identify process improvements to drive efficiency.
- Chase invoices and communicate with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in recruitment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
