We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at IMT Resourcing Solutions in Gloucester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, managing candidate databases, and administrative duties across finance and operations whilst engaging with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

- Support the recruitment team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate schedules, track performance data, and generate reports.
- Maintain supplier relationships and compliance documentation.
- Identify process improvements to drive efficiency.
Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata). This position offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements, making it ideal for those requiring a balance between work and personal life.
