Role Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Operations Professional to join our team at IMT Resourcing Solutions in Gloucester.

This part-time role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata) and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Coordinate schedules, track performance data, and generate reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role (recruitment experience beneficial).
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/database systems.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
