Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Novax Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll actions, supporting the leaver process, and inputting data into our HR/Payroll system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll actions accurately and in line with deadlines
  • Support the leaver process through our HR system
  • Input data into our HR/Payroll system (Resourcelink)
  • Issue contracts for new starters using our computerized Recruitment system

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role for a local authority is desirable
  • NVQ 2 Level 2 qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Customer Services, or equivalent experience
  • Experience of HR and/or recruitment administration, processes, and procedures gained in a similar organisation
  • Payroll experience is desirable

About the Role:

This is a contract with a scope for extension working full-time hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering specialist processes and procedures, ensuring that all customers receive an effective and functioning service.
