- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the NaturalHR system.
- Oversee and update NaturalHR workflows to ensure the system is up-to-date and efficient.
- Request employment references for new hires and assist with probation management.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and handle changes to terms and conditions.
- Administer DBS applications and leavers process efficiently.
- Issue birthday cards and manage long service awards.
- Ensure HR folders contain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide basic policy advice to staff and managers.
- Take minutes during HR meetings and recommend process improvements for HR systems.
- 1+ years' admin experience, preferably in HR.
- Energetic, driven, and friendly.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented, focused, and adaptable.
- Works well independently and in teams.
- Strong communication, admin, and organisational skills.
- Skilled in prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
- Discreet with confidential information.
- Salary up to £24,000 per annum depending on experience.
