Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive the people agenda and support the development and implementation of longer-term HR projects
  • Provide generalist HR expertise and advice to our clients, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Work collaboratively with other HR colleagues, such as Learning and Development, to deliver an exceptional service
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are fair and consistent across the organization
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational culture change programs, taking account of local requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their needs
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, and lead on wellbeing programs to promote a positive and supportive work environment
  • Support the recruitment process, from initial approval through to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers

Requirements:

  • Excellent generalist HR skillset, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Ability to balance a reactive workload with medium-to-long term projects, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and other stakeholders
  • Data-driven approach, with a passion for continuous improvement and a willingness to learn and adapt
