**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our IT team at Swansway Group in Crewe. This is a full-time position that requires excellent technical skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have at least 12 months of experience providing support services, with a focus on Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and other related technologies. They will be responsible for resolving IT incidents and problems, providing additional technical support to users, and maintaining accurate inventory, asset, and license management records.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to resolve IT incidents and problems
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
  • Maintain accurate inventory, asset, and license management records
  • Analyze call volumes, SLAs, and root-cause analysis to improve support processes
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide out-of-hours support as required

**Requirements:**

  • At least 12 months of experience in providing support services
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and other related technologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Driving license and willingness to participate in site visits

**Salary:** £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
