Job OverviewThis role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people. As a member of our Residential Childcare team, you will play a vital part in shaping their experiences and outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing Individual Plans: Collaborate with children, families, and professionals to develop tailored plans that address their unique needs and goals.
- Providing Emotional Support: Offer empathy and understanding to help children cope with challenging situations, building their resilience and confidence.
- Maintaining Records: Accurately document each child's progress, successes, and areas for improvement, ensuring seamless communication with other teams.
You will contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment, focusing on delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of children and young people in our care.
Key SkillsTo excel in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with children, families, and colleagues. A L3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent experience is essential.
