Job Overview

Suppleo Education is partnering with schools in the Crewe area to find experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants for long-term positions. Successful candidates will collaborate with talented staff to provide support to pupils with additional learning needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting teachers and other education professionals to deliver high-quality lessons and activities
  • Leading group activities in core curriculum areas, promoting inclusive and engaging learning experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and development

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive daily rate of £90-£110, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting pupil learning and development. Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification or experience working with children, preferably in a leadership or supportive capacity
  • A valid enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • Introduction to Safeguarding training available
