Job Title:

Learner Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join Cheshire College - South & West as a Learner Support Specialist. This role involves supporting learners under the supervision of our Designated and Deputy Designation Safeguarding Leads.

You will be required to be present at the campus barriers in the morning to support learner arrival.

Key Person Specification Requirements:
  • A Level 3 qualification or above in a relevant discipline;
  • GCSE Grade C (4/5) in Maths and English (or equivalent);
  • The ability to develop good working relations and rapport with young people (16-18 years) and adult learners;
  • A current, valid driving licence;
  • An Enhanced DBS check.
Salary and Benefits:
