Support Coordinator for Learners

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and caring individual to join Cheshire College - South & West as a Support Coordinator for Learners. This role involves coordinating support services for learners, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to achieve their academic goals.

Duties:
  • Coordinating support services for learners, including supervising designated safeguarding leads;
  • Being present at the campus barriers in the morning to support learner arrival;
  • Developing relationships with young people (16-18 years) and adult learners to ensure effective communication;
  • Maintaining a current, valid driving licence and adhering to Enhanced DBS check requirements.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
