We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team in Crewe. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing essential administration support to enable the team to focus on generating business.

You will work from a shared inbox of around 200 incoming enquiries, split between a team of 4-5 individuals. You will also be responsible for processing customer orders using an in-house system and handling any issues that may arise.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a shared inbox and responding to customer enquiries
