Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Device Specialist to join our team in Crewe. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technical expert to provide expert support and repairs for a wide range of devices, including Apple products, Windows PCs, laptops, and other electronics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling device repair and diagnostics, software support, client support, and electronics repair. They will also maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, and client communications.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT support, with hands-on technical expertise in repairing Apple and Windows-based systems. They will also have familiarity with repairing brands such as Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, Huawei, Lenovo, Microsoft, Sony, and Toshiba.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Device Repair & Diagnostics: Handle issues across Apple and non-Apple devices, including screen replacement, boot issues, liquid damage cleanup, and software reinstallation.
  • Software Support: Manage tasks such as Windows 11 upgrades, data migration, and resolving software-related problems.
  • Client Support: Offer on-site and remote troubleshooting, ensuring efficient resolution of IT issues.
  • Electronics Repair: Provide repairs for a broad range of devices, including amplifiers, game consoles, projectors, printers, and televisions.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, and client communications.
