**Job Description:**

Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our IT team. The successful candidate will have at least 12 months of experience providing support services, with a focus on Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and other related technologies.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Resolve IT incidents and problems
  • Provide additional technical support to users
  • Maintain accurate inventory, asset, and license management records
  • Analysis call volumes, SLAs, and root-cause analysis to improve support processes
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide out-of-hours support as required

**Requirements:**

  • At least 12 months of experience in providing support services
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and other related technologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Driving license and willingness to participate in site visits
