Inside Sales Executive

About the Role
Guidewire is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and business decision-makers
- Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Fluency in English is required, with an additional secondary European language (German and/or Danish) being a significant advantage
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives
- Entrepreneurial spirit and an aggressive hunter mentality, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mentality, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid business acumen, with a deep understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles
- Ability to multitask and manage relationships with customers, partners, and outside consultants
- Knowledge of IT and software experience is a plus
