Key Responsibilities:

  • WORK CLOSELY WITH YOUNG PEOPLE TO DEVELOP PERSONALIZED PLANS THAT MEET THEIR UNIQUE NEEDS
  • ADVOCATE ON BEHALF OF CARE LEVERS TO ENSURE THEY RECEIVE APPROPRIATE SUPPORT AND SERVICES
  • PROVIDE ONGOING SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE OVERCOME CHALLENGES AND ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 Care of Children and Young People qualification or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed practices and experience working with vulnerable populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
