Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven General Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Ashford area. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and developing a high-performing team. Your expertise in new and used vehicle sales, combined with your leadership skills, will drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

About You
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a sales manager within the motor trade, with at least 2 years of experience in this role. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. A full UK driving licence is essential, and experience of managing a large sales team would be beneficial.

Your Responsibilities
- Leading the Sales Executive team to achieve sales targets and develop a high-performing team
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the finance team to secure the best deals for customers and maximise profit per unit

Our Benefits
A competitive salary of £45,000 + bonus OTE £65,000, plus benefits that support your personal and professional development.
