General Sales Manager Vacancy

We are seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead our client's main dealer site in the Ashford area. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive sales performance and implement processes to maximize revenue.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the senior management team to achieve strong sales results.
  • Train and develop a team of Sales Executives to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage used car stock levels to meet local market demand.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade and a strong understanding of both new and used vehicle sales.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
